Kind of Coach: Performance Coach
I offer my clients the time to clarify, explore and discover their inner strengths so as to fulfil the changes necessary to meet their challenges and desired goals.
Main Orientation: Solution Focused
As a coach I focus on: Listening to and clarifying the immediate needs of my client. The client’s challenge here and now and what works (identifying small beginnings). Offering space to explore future potential to reach goals.

With my coaching expertise and 20 years experience in the field of ‘Clear & Critical Thinking’, I draw on a range of theories, methods and coaching instruments to give my clients the best and most up to date expertise in coaching practice. My client base is international working in both Private and Public Sector Organisations in Europe, USA and China. Approach
I work very much in relationship with my clients. I like to feel I am a Thought Partner working with them through the elements of the change processes they lead and also the impact these changes have on my client, the team and their wider organisation. A coaching contract would normally last up to six months with 4/6 3-week/monthly sessions. However, all contracts are designed according to the requirements of the client. My differentiator as a coach is: With my critical thinking expertise, I listen to both the person and the problem, separating one from the other so as to clarify quality thinking and achieve confident decision making and problem solving action. Please feel free to contact me to discuss any queries in complete confidence. My personal number is +353-87-2252889.
